Chocolate Milk Shake

Ingredients:

½ Cup of Fine Cocoa Powder
1 Cup of Sugar
1 cup of Milk
1 Cup of Ice Cream
Water
Club Soda

Preparation of Chocolate Syrup:

1. Mix the cocoa powder, water and sugar together on a pan and heat until they mix smoothly. And then put it for cooling. This is the chocolate syrup.
2. Take a glass and pour some chocolate syrup and then mix some portion of milk with it. Blend it well on the blender machine.
3. Put some crushed ice into a glass and then pour the shake on the glass. Put some ice cream above.


If you want to find a more tango taste then you can follow this --

1. Take a glass and pour 2 table spoons of the chocolate syrup and then put some ice cream above and then add the club soda. Then again put ice cream and soda.

Drinks - Rose Milk Shake

Drinks:
Here are some easy to make but very special Milk Shake and Ice Cream Chocolate drinks. Kids are gonna love it.

Rose Milk Shake

Ingredients:

1 Cup Rose Syrup
2 Glasses of Milk
1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup of Crushed Ice

Preparation:

1. Take a bowl and pour the milk, rose syrup and ice cream. Mix these very well. Blend on a blender machine if possible. Blend it twice. You will find it puffy and foamy.
2. Pour the shake on a glass and serve with colorful straw.

Masala Puri and Jeera (Cumin Seed) Alu

Masala Puri

Ingredients:

4 table spoon of Maida
¼ Tea spoon of Red Chili Powder
1 Table spoon of chopped onion
1 Tea spoon of chopped Green Chili
1 Tea Spoon of chopped Coriander leaves
1 table spoon of Lemon Juice
1 Tea Spoon of Chopped Ginger (or you can use ½ tea spoon of ginger paste)
1 Tea Spoon of Jeera powder or Jeera Seed ( Roasted)
A little Portion of Sugar
Salt to taste
Oil to fry.

Preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients with the flour and cut each on the shape of luchi or puri.
2. Take a frying pan or Kadhai and then fry the puri on oil.
3. Serve the puri with sauce or you can serve it with Jeera Alu.


Jeera Alu

Ingredients:

4 Potatoes
2 Teas Spoon of Roasted Jeera Seeds.
½ Tea Spoon of Red Chili Powder
½ Table Spoon of Lemon Juice
1 table Spoon of Oil.
Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Boil the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
2. Take a frying pan, put oil in it and then put the potatoes there with all the other ingredients. Don’t forget to put the roasted jeera and then just before serving pour the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
3. Serve it with the Masala Puri.

Pao pakora

Ingredients:

6 slices of Bread
2 Eggs
½ Cup Chopped Onion with coriander
2 Table spoon of chopped ginger
¼ Tea Spoon of Red chilies pepper
A Little portion of Milk
A Little portion of Chopped Chilies
A little portion of sugar
4 Table spoon of Beson
Salt to taste
Oil to fry.

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs well. Mix the chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped green chilies, chili pepper, sugar, salt, milk and beson. Mix them well.
2. Now cut the bread into small pieces and then dip the bread on the egg mixture.
3. Take a frying pan, pour oil into it and heat. Then fry the coated bread and fry until it becomes crispy red.
4. Serve with hot tomato sauce.

Chicken Shapta

This chicken Shapta is a low fat Tibetan Snack. A great item for the evening snack.

Ingredients:

250 Gram Chicken (Cube Cut)
Sliced Onion
1 Large Tomato (sliced)
Spring Onion
4 Green Chilies
3 Table Spoon of Soya Sauce
¼ Tea Spoon of Black Pepper
A Pinch of Fragrance Powder
Salt to Taste
Oil to Fry

Preparation:

1. Heat the frying pan with a small portion of oil in it.
2. Take the chicken and fry it for 4 minutes. Then put all the other ingredients and then fry it together for another 5 or 6 minutes.
3. Serve with nan roti or chapaties, salad and sauce.

Chicken Drum Sticks

Ingredients:

8 Pieces Chicken Legs

For Batter
1 Tea Spoon Ginger paste
½ Tea Spoon Garlic paste
2 Table Spoon Flour (maida)
1 Table Spoon Corn Flour
1 Egg
½ Tea Spoon of Tasting Salt
½ Tea Spoon of Black Pepper
½ Tea Spoon of Red Chili Powder
1 Tea Spoon Sugar
Salt to Taste
2 Table Spoon Soya Sauce
1 Table spoon of Lemon Juice
Fragrance spices: Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon taken together grinded and powdered.
Water if needed
Oil for Frying

Preparation

1. Beat the egg well. Take all the ingredients except the chicken (Flour, corn flour, garlic paste, ginger paste, soya sauce, salt, lemon juice, tasting salt, fragrance spices powder, sugar, red chili powder, black pepper) Gently mix all these and then add the beaten egg. Pour some water if needed. Make a smooth batter.
2. Dip the chicken legs in the batter and marinate for 2 to 3 hours. As long as you will marinate as much taste you will get.
3. Take a frying pan and pour the oil for a deep fry. Heat the pan and then fry the drumsticks till golden brown.
4. Serve the chicken with ketchup or hot tomato sauce and salad.

Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:

8 slices of Bread
Cucumber
½ Cup Boneless chicken
½ Tea Spoon Ginger Paste
¼ Tea spoon Garlic Paste
½ Tea Spoon Black Pepper
3 Table spoon Mayonnaise
1 Tea Spoon Sugar
1 Tea Spoon Tasting Salt
1 Table Spoon of Powder Milk
1 Tea Spoon Corn Flour
½ Cup of Water
1 Table Spoon of Chopped Green Chilies
1 Table Spoon Chopped Onion
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Fragrance Spices: Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon taken together grinded and powdered.

Preparation

1. Boil the chicken with ginger paste and garlic paste. Give a small amount of the Fragrance spices to make it better. Cut the boiled chicken into small cubic pieces and then just mix the pieces with hand.

2. Put a little oil in a frying pan. Put the chicken, chopped onion, chopped green chilies, salt, black pepper, tasting salt, sugar. Fry these for some moment. Give another pinch of fragrance spices.

3. Take ½ cup of water. Mix the powder milk and corn flour with it. Mix gently and then pour it on the fry pan with the chicken. And mix it again with the chicken and fry it on a low heat for 3 minuets.

4. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Mix mayonnaise and cucumber with that chicken paste very gently. Now take this mayonnaise chicken paste and put it on one side of the bread. Serve with Hot tomato sauce or ketchup.
